Rabbi Abraham Levy

Rabbi Doctor Abraham Levy was born in 1939 in Gibraltar. He moved to the UK in 1951 to study at Carmel College. He became a Rabbi in 1962 and in 1995 was appointed Senior Rabbi of the Sephardi and Portuguese Community in the UK. He was a founding member of Naima Jewish Preparatory School and was awarded an OBE for his work on interfaith relations in 2004.
