Raphael Luzon

Raphel Luzon was born in 1954 in Benghazi, Libya. In his interview he gives a history of Libyan Jewry and talks about the synagogue he attended growing up. In 1967 his father's office was burned during a pogrom, as were many other Jewish homes and businesses. The family were forced to leave the country and were sent to Italy. Raphael lived in Israel for six years in the 1990s and moved to the UK in 2001.
